1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (living plants and perishable items), returns are limited. We encourage customers to inspect products immediately upon delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Damaged or defective products (non-plant items)
- Incorrect items delivered
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) plants
Not Eligible for Return:
- Plants that deteriorate after delivery due to improper care
- Products damaged due to mishandling by customer
- Products with removed tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Landscaping services once work has started
3. Return Conditions
Mandatory Requirements:
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims of damaged/defective/incorrect products
- Products must be in original condition with tags intact
- Return request must be made via email or phone
4. Plants Return Policy
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- If a plant arrives dead or severely damaged, contact us within 24 hours
- Provide clear photos/video of the plant in original packaging
- We will offer replacement or refund after verification
Post-Delivery Care:
- Plants are non-returnable once delivered alive and healthy
- We provide care instructions with each plant
- Plant survival depends on proper care and environmental conditions
- No refunds for plants that die due to improper care
5. Landscaping Services Refund Policy
- No refunds once project work has commenced
- Advance payments are non-refundable after design approval
- Modifications to ongoing projects may incur additional charges
- Quality issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
6. Refund Process
Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 additional working days
Replacement Option:
- In case of eligible returns, you may choose replacement instead of refund
- Replacement products will be shipped within 3-5 business days
7. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be borne by Greenarium Landscapes for eligible returns
- For incorrect returns (customer error), shipping charges apply
8. Damaged Products
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos/video evidence
- We will arrange pickup and provide replacement or refund
